If any call or form goes without a reply for more than 5 minutes in a month, that month is free. Free means that month's fee is waived, $497, or $297 at the founding rate. Usage is still billed. Setup isn't refunded. The guarantee starts when the system is live on your number. A call means a missed call, since a call you answered doesn't need a reply. A reply means a text. A text can't reach a landline, so a landline caller gets your voicemail instead. Someone who has opted out of texts doesn't count, because we can't text them.
